Those who tought that there’s nothing new under the sun when it comes to urban transport and extreme sports were proved to be wrong as Gauswheel SLX 3.0 launched in Hungary.

Gauswheel is regarded as a unique alloy of urban sport devices and it was invented by two Hungarian engineers: András Göczey and Soma Ungár. Their initials added up is the first part of the name of the product.

The name of the light orange debut model is „Urban” as it is not only another skate equipment for teenagers but also a practical urban vehicle as well. It provides you a similar experience of skiing as those techniques are required to be able to use and enjoy the device even short of snow-capped peaks just throughout the squares of Budapest.

The market testing of Gauswheel started in The Netherlands in 2010 and the next stage of the expansion is the CEE region. The SLX 3.0 – a third generation product – is the result of a longer development process and this is the first prototype that meets all the requirements thus can be subject ot standardized production.

Trade Business Consulting Ltd. started the domestic distribution of Gauswheel in February, 2011. Being a Hungarian invention the team behind Gauswheel expects a lot from the Hungarian debut and feedbacks. They want more and more people to get to know and try the product, that can be a refreshing component in the mix of today’s urban means of transport. The SLX 3.0 can be purchased in the Benelux countries, France, Austria and Hungary, but additional countries will soon be involved in the marketing of Gauswheel.

The Gauswheel is a protected patent in the USA, Europe and China. Distributors are part of a closed sale system, in which the trust of customers is awarded by 12 month warranty and nationwide service network.

The teenager rider team of Gauswheel can often be seen around in Budapest. They are happy to show their Gauswheels in action and they can teach anybody how to use the product. They will be present at almost every major event for youngsters, where the Gauswheels can also be tested and purchased as well.

As of April the Gauswheel SLX 3.0 is available in many stores throughout the country and can also be purchased in commercial chains from May.
